HR Support Specialist
Location: Clare, Ireland
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a busy HR team by partnering with employees, managers, and HR colleagues on a wide range of day-to-day HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee contracts, probationary periods, and leave tracking.
* Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
* Partner with managers on talent management activities.
* Liaise with recruitment partners, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
* Advise managers on employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
* Support training and development procedures.
* Promote training opportunities and ensure accurate completion of related documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proven ability to manage responsibilities independently and proactively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
