Engineering Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our site's production activities. As a key member of the Site Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, ensuring seamless integration with customers and regulatory authorities.
Job Responsibilities:
* Main Objectives:To manage the Maintenance Department effectively, ensuring maximum OEE through preventative maintenance programs and compliance with food safety regulations.
* Lead the Maintenance and Electrical Teams in delivering high-performance process efficiency within our modern facility.
* Maintain accurate records of performance metrics, including availability of plant assets and meeting budget requirements for Operational/Capital spend.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. A Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated expertise in people management and talent development within FMCG environments (food industry preferred).
3. Vast knowledge of manufacturing operations across multiple disciplines - strong candidates will have significant experience working on capital projects too!
