Job Title: Mechanical Facilities Technician
A Pharmaceutical company is seeking a qualified individual for a 12-month contract in Ringaskiddy, Cork.
* Maintain and support water systems (chilled, condensate, towns), boilers, chillers, cooling towers, steam distribution, low-pressure hot water, and door management.
* Maintain mechanical assets for the WWTP, including pumps, mixers, pipework, and related systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical systems (chillers, boilers, process piping, utilities distribution) and strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical equipment. A trade qualification or Mechanical Engineering degree is required, along with a minimum of 10 years experience in facilities/utilities management within GMP or regulated environments.
