Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Learning & Development Specialist. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters high performance across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities include acting as a key driver in building and maintaining positive workplace culture through innovative engagement initiatives.
