Territory Manager Medical Consumables (Leinster Region) Location: Field-based (Leinster) Contract Type: Contract Entry Level We are working exclusively with a Medical Consumables distribution comany and due to continued growth within the business, they are seeking an experienced and ambitious entry level Territory Manager to promote and expand the market presence across the Leinster region. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. Position Overview The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing market share, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role demands a high level of competence across multiple functions, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell a portfolio of medical consumable products to healthcare professionals across Leinster. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the territory and competitive landscape. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all promoted products. Implement strategic sales plans to increase market share. Manage budget expenditure to ensure effective return on investment. Communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Follow a structured journey cycle plan agreed with the manager. Identify business opportunities and support customer meetings and events. Refer medical or pharmacovigilance queries to the appropriate department. Accurately complete sales administration, reporting, and database updates. Participate in marketing initiatives, promotions, and training programs. Manage company resources responsibly and report expenses in line with policy. Take on special team assignments as required. Skills & Qualifications Third-level qualification or equivalent experience. Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare or medical consumables. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially driven. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Quick learner with the ability to retain and communicate product-specific knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Full clean driving licence.
