The Role:
* Greeting Clients
* Taking payments in person/over the phone
* End of day reconciliation of accounts
* Handling Telephone & Email Queries
* Booking Appointments
* Scanning
* Carrying Out Requests From Management
* General Administration Duties
Requirements:
* A reliable individual with strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* Excellent organisational & communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of HealthOne Software would be a distinct advantage.
* Administration experience would be very beneficial.
* Excellent English, both written & verbal.
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day Shift
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
* No weekends

Contract length: 6 months
Expected hours: 32 per week
