Description
Our team comprises talented individuals passionate about AIML and enhancing Apple services. As part of the Data Operations team, you'll play a central role in improving user experience by annotating and evaluating data, both audio and visual, from customers who opt into our grading program. Your language skills, cultural knowledge, and analytical abilities will be essential in assessing responses against guidelines. Flexibility and prioritization are key in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. We focus on user experience, leveraging customer insights for continuous improvement. We will provide training to help you become an expert in understanding and supporting customer experiences.
This role requires work Monday through Friday, starting between 7am-9am and ending between 4pm-6pm local time, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, stock plan eligibility, time off, and employee discounts.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proficiency in Swedish reading, writing, and comprehension to support the local market
* Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension for collaboration with international teams
* Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
* Knowledge of local region and cultural variations
* Demonstrated integrity and focus on customer privacy

* Attention to detail and critical thinking in evaluating language use and dialects
* Strong organizational skills and meticulousness
* Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
* Experience in content review or similar environments; prior testing experience is a plus

* Experience as an end user of Siri, similar AI assistants, or other AI technologies

* Comfort working with sensitive or offensive safety data
* Thrives in repetitive tasks and ambiguous scenarios
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
