Overview The Corporate Finance Manager will deliver high-quality advisory services across M&A, valuations, fundraising, and strategic projects. The role sits within a Big 4style environment and involves managing engagements, leading teams, and advising Irish and international clients. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end M&A, valuation, due diligence, and capital raising engagements. Act as primary day-to-day client contact. Review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials. Deliver clear, commercially focused advice. Manage budgets, timelines, and billings. Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and regulatory standards. Support Partners/Directors with pitches and business development. People Leadership Manage and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance input. Skills & Experience 58+ years Corporate Finance / M&A experience, ideally Big 4 or similar. ACA / ACCA / CFA (or equivalent) preferred. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of the Irish market. LI-OF1 Skills: Finance advisory accounting
