Fast Food General Manager – Large-Scale New Forecourt Opening – Wexford
This is not a start-from-scratch brand this is a well-established fast food chain that's already proven itself, now going large scale with a flagship forecourt site in Wexford.
As General Manager, you'll take charge of a flagship operation designed for scale, overseeing extended dayparts, high customer demand, and a team built to deliver at volume.
You'll set the pace, embed strong routines, and lead from the front, making sure performance, standards, and customer experience stay consistently sharp while the business scales up.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, but this is very much a role for a confident operator who runs the floor like it's their own business.
Salary: €40k – €45k plus bonus
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Take full accountability for the end-to-end operation of a large-scale, high-volume fast food outlet
2. Lead, inspire, and manage a large team, including supervisors and team leaders
3. Drive a strong culture of performance, accountability, and customer-first thinking
4. Recruit at scale, onboard efficiently, and build strong succession within the team
5. Plan and manage labour effectively through smart rotas and forecasting
6. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service during peak trading periods
7. Drive sales growth, profitability, and KPIs through strong commercial decision-making
8. Maintain tight control of stock, ordering, wastage, and margins
9. Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, health & safety, and company policies
10. Embed brand standards and operational procedures across all shifts
11. Lead by example with a visible, hands-on management style on the floor
12. Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve results
13. Manage high-pressure trading environments, late nights, weekends, and peak seasons
14. Work closely with senior management to support the continued growth of the brand
15. Play a key role in opening, scaling, and stabilising a flagship forecourt operation
