We are looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding team in Dublin.
Youll be part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team who carry out assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions, working collaboratively to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

Applicants are also expected to: Liaise with clients, family members, carers and other staff Onward referral to other members of the MDT where necessary Keep detailed clinical notes and draft reports on client assessments, intervention and progress Essential criteria: Formal ADOS-2 training completed Degree in Speech and Language Therapy Youre someone whos passionate about supporting Autistic people in a respectful, flexible and collaborative way CORU registered Relevant post qualification or under-graduate placement experience in a paediatric/disability setting Eligible to work in Ireland Excellent communication skills oral and written Ability to work in a self-directed manner and to work as part of a team Excellent time management skills Effective use of reflective practice/supervision process Desirable criteria: Post graduate qualification and experience Comfortable producing video-based content for both private intervention purposes and online content Experience of developing and running groups for parents/children Key responsibilities: Assist in the provision of comprehensive Autism assessments in line with best practice guidelines Participate directly in ADOS-2 assessments Produce highly detailed and individualised recommendations for child reports in conjunction with the lead clinical psychologists observations Coordinate with other team members including Assistant Psychologists and Occupational Therapists where necessary in the completion of assessments Provide detailed reports post assessment Provide ongoing support to clients and their families through recurring intervention Manage your caseload in an efficient manner Benefits: Potential for flexible working hours Work from home 12 days per week Group & individual supervision Salary guided by HSE pay scales based on relevant experience Annual CPD budget, opportunities to co-create content and shape our national service delivery model Opportunity to develop and implement new methods of intervention delivery and the independence to mould a forward-thinking, neuroaffirmative multidisciplinary environment Fully private practice with strong opportunities to develop services youre passionate about Supportive leadership, warm team, no red tape A place where your voice will be heard and ideas welcomed Benefits: Work From Home
