This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process across various functions within a rapidly expanding enterprise.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements, design effective sourcing strategies, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
In addition to these core competencies, successful candidates will have experience with recruitment software tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or human capital management platforms (HCM).
