HR Business Partner Sanderson is partnering with its rapidly growing education and care centre client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to support our client's people strategy and drive positive employee experience.
This is a hands-on HR role within a multi-site environment focused on employee engagement, management support, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This position would suit someone who is operating a Sr Generalist level who is looking to get to the next step or a new or developing HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and feedback initiatives.
Advise and coach managers on HR matters including performance, absence, and conflict.
Lead investigations and manage employee relations cases.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR, and employment law.
Oversee probation, performance reviews, and development pathways.
Manage workplace incident reporting and liaise with relevant teams.
Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
Lead or contribute to HR projects and data reporting.
Skills & Experience Solid HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
Able to work independently
