We are seeking a
Recruitment & HR Administrator
to join our clients' team on a temporary contract till end of year with further opportunities to support a high volume of recruitment activities. This is a key administrative role supporting their HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Posting job vacancies
* Screening CVs and managing candidate communication
* Arranging interviews and providing feedback
* Conducting reference checks
* Onboarding new employees
Skills & Experience:
* Must have minimum 3 years administrative experience
* Recruitment / HR Administration experience an advantage
* A strong affinity for administrative work
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset, happy to support a HR Business Partner
Remuneration:
€14-€16 p/h paid weekly via Brightwater
37.5 hours working week
Additional Notes:
This role does not meet criteria for a Critical Skills permit.
