Excel Recruitment is currently hiring a Skilled Butcher for a well-established retail client in South Dublin .
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in butchery who can deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
Hourly : €16ph – €18ph
Responsibilities of this Butcher:
1. Provide excellent customer service and advice on cuts, preparation, and cooking of meats
2. Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised to a high standard
3. Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and food quality in line with HACCP guidelines
4. Manage stock levels, orders, and waste control
5. Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues as needed
Requirements of this Butcher:
6. Proven butchery experience is essential
7. Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
8. Excellent customer service skills
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
