About the roleAt Bluecrux, we're redefining supply chains by combining expert consulting with cutting-edge technology.
As Practice Lead SAP Transformations, you'll play a crucial role in our SAP transformation offerings and lead high-impact programs and projects for our clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
Strategic leadership: responsible for shaping and growing our SAP practice focused on SAP transformation projects.
Project leadership: lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects, collaborating with clients and system integrators to ensure delivery excellence.
Management: oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and customer accounts.
Business development: foster strong client and partner relationships, drive new business opportunities, and expand our client base through tailored solutions and thought leadership.
Practice development: build and nurture the SAP practice, developing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Lead and mentor project teams to foster a high-performance environment.
Execution: ensure successful execution of complex SAP transformation initiatives.
Sales support: identify new sales opportunities, support proposal development, bid responses, and contract negotiations, translating technical solutions into compelling value propositions.
Stakeholder management: build relationships with business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external consultants.
Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Change management: identify stakeholder involvement and translate change into opportunities.
Team coaching: guide your team towards their goals, take full responsibility for projects, and track deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.
Strategic vision: envision the bigger picture and identify future opportunities to serve clients better.
Client interface: act as the switch between the client and our team of consultants and data analysts to meet mutual expectations.
About youYou hold a master's degree in engineering, economics, supply chain management, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
You have at least 10 years of experience in delivering large-scale SAP transformation projects, preferably with a focus on S/4HANA in supply chain domains.
You possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules & ecosystem related to supply chain management, such as MM, PP, SD, WM, and SCM, with a focus on business process configuration.
You are adaptable to a fast-paced environment, possess an analytical mindset, and can translate questions into tangible results.
You have strong leadership capabilities, experience managing teams, and driving organizational growth.
You are a strong communicator both internally and externally.
You have demonstrated success in pre-sales, business development, and client relationship management.
You are fluent in English.
