Overview
This role will be member of global team providing supporting for the Treasury Systems ecosystem at Publicis. From day-to-day resolution of issues and access management in various systems, to longer-term project support involvement for global deployments and system implementations.
Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of Treasury or banking environment
* Experience with FIS products Quantum and Trax (FIS Payments Hub), or similar Treasury/Payment systems
* Understanding of payments and statements formats (MT, CAMT, pain)
* Ability to work independently
* Able to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
* Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
Key Tasks
* Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems
* Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum.
* Support deployment of treasury systems in new geographies
* Support implementation of system upgrades and implementations
* Troubleshooting interfacing issues with various internal and external systems
* E-banking user administration
* Maintaining and updating systems documentation
* Assist in planned & ad hoc projects as directed by management
Qualifications
