As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an
experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager
to join our boutique team in
Cork
. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing luxury brand that values excellence, authenticity, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
* Assist the Store Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Contribute to creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
Client Engagement & Consultation
* Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised, consultative selling.
* Support and coach the team on luxury service standards and relationship building.
Product Knowledge & Training
* Develop in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
* Train and inspire the team to communicate product stories with confidence and passion.
Sales Performance
* Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
* Ensure individual and team performance aligns with commercial objectives.
Customer Experience
* Resolve client inquiries and escalations with professionalism and care.
* Uphold the highest level of service and aftercare at every stage of the client journey.
Brand Ambassadorship
* Represent Austen & Blake with professionalism, elegance, and enthusiasm.
* Ensure the boutique environment reflects our brand's luxury standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in
luxury retail
, ideally within the
jewellery sector
* Proven success in
team leadership
and
achieving sales targets
* Experience working with
high-end clientele
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and a polished, professional presentation
* Adaptable, results-driven, and passionate about luxury craftsmanship
