Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for UK&I entities.
This role plays a crucial part in collaborating closely with the finance team and requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process end-to-end payroll for UK&I employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to maintain accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related queries.
* Handle payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and other compensation elements.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory payments.
* Assist in implementing process improvements and automation within the payroll function.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing, preferably within an international context.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of UK&I payroll regulations and tax laws.
