Digital & Marketing Content Specialist | Co. Kildare
This is a great opportunity to join a growing Irish property developer at an exciting stage of expansion, with real scope to own and shape the digital and content marketing function.
The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of content, campaigns and digital performance across multiple live developments from creation and execution through to tracking and optimisation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can create, not just brief. You'll own the messaging, run the campaigns, manage the budgets and use the data to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop clear positioning and messaging for each development, write and refine brochure, website and listing copy, and maintain consistency in tone and narrative across all outputs.
Plan and manage content across social media, website, email, listings and campaign channels. Brief and coordinate photography and videography with external partners where required. Manage website content and property portal listings to ensure quality and accuracy.
Build and manage email campaigns across developments, segment databases, write and optimise email content, and monitor performance across open rates, click rates and conversions.
Define paid campaign approach aligned to launch phases, create ad copy and messaging variations, manage campaign setup and optimisation across Meta and Google platforms, and own paid media budgets end-to-end. Track and improve cost per registration.
Own the messaging hierarchy for each development, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and continuously refine messaging based on performance and buyer response.
Monitor and analyse performance across campaigns, channels and developments. Use data insights to identify trends, track key metrics including registrations and cost per lead, and feed findings back into campaign and messaging improvements.
What We're Looking For
Strong writing and copy development skills
Experience in digital marketing across social, email, website and paid
Hands-on experience with Meta and Google ad platforms
Experience managing paid media budgets and campaign performance
Confident using Canva or Adobe for content creation
Familiarity with CMS platforms, CRM and email tools
Strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency
Highly proactive and comfortable owning outputs end-to-end
