Role Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to accurate cost estimation, BoQ measurement, preparing tenders, financial management throughout the project lifecycle from inception to completion, procurement analysis, and providing contractual advice.
You will support the delivery of client projects within budget and timelines, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in measurement ARM, including cost estimation, feasibility studies, and value engineering
* Proficiency in financial management, budget handling, and preparing tenders
* Knowledge and experience in procurement advice and contractual analysis
* Excellent cost management abilities, including monitoring and client representation
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
* Prior experience within the Irish industry.
