We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.

Responsibilities:
Managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas
Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
Driving direct sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Building talent pipelines both locally and internationally
Managing agency relationships and supplier partnerships
Supporting interview processes, offer management, and onboarding
Enhancing employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Representing the organisation at recruitment events and career fairs
Producing recruitment metrics and market insights
Supporting global mobility, visa, and relocation processes where required
Requirements:
Degree in HR or related discipline desirable
CIPD qualification/membership advantageous
3–5+ years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience with healthcare sector experience highly desirable
Strong sourcing capability, particularly via LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience managing ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, ICIMS, Occupop, or similar
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
