The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the IFM landscape, including hard and soft services, workplace experience management, and emerging technologies in facility management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage their expertise in IFM to drive innovative sourcing solutions, optimize service delivery, and create value for our clients across a wide range of facility management functions.Role/Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing and Procurement:Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements across Work Place Management service linesLead negotiations, deliver savings targets, and manage S&P targets for the client accountConduct RFP management, bid analysis, and provide recommendations, with emphasis on FM-related contractsOptimize supplier portfolios to enhance service quality and cost-effectivenessClient Relationship and Service Delivery:Represent JLL S&P in client/account meetings and forumsProduce monthly and QBR reports, including service performance, savings delivery, and project plansManage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviewsSupport client surveys and report on results and improvement actionsOperational Management:Manage account resources and coordinate with Account Director, Facilities Managers, and client contactsMaintain accurate supplier details, contracts, and framework relationshipsEnsure compliance with S&P policies, industry standards, and country-specific practicesOversee supplier qualification and onboarding processesStrategic Initiatives:Support transformation activities, including audits and reportsEngage in training and knowledge sharing of JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing activitiesDevelop and manage ESG strategy for the account, including sustainable practicesProvide transition support for account activities as neededPerformance Tracking and Compliance:Monitor and report on KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, and supplier performanceEnsure adherence to compliance and risk management requirements in contractsUtilize appropriate procurement platforms and systems for reporting and managementImplement best practices in service delivery and continuous improvementRequired Skills and Competencies:Strategic leadership and organizational awareness, with solid experience in a leading procurement role and ability to develop EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliersStrong project, financial, and resource management skills, complemented by excellent numerical and commercial acumenOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, influencing, and team-working abilities, with strong written and verbal English language proficiencyComprehensive expertise in Facilities Management, including:Deep understanding of FM services, supplier environments, and industry best practicesProven track record in managing complex FM contracts and service level agreementsKnowledge of sustainable and innovative FM solutions to drive operational efficiencyExtensive experience with at lease 3 years of experience in sourcing procedures and supplier management across the EMEA region, with a focus on Facilities Management-related goods and servicesAnalytical thinking and sound judgment, coupled with creativity and innovation in problem-solving and approach to workPersonal effectiveness and self-management, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant technical skills for procurement and FM
