Job Description
This role is responsible for promoting and selling a range of innovative flooring and tiling products to clients across Dublin and Southern Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and winning new business in your territory.
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, providing expert product advice and after-sales support.
* Deliver technical product demonstrations and host training events.
* Track sales activities and customer data using CRM tools to inform strategy.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven Field Sales experience in the construction and or building materials sector.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous role while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting tools.
