About This Role
We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Supply Chain Planning team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading functional workstreams in global transformation projects. Your primary task will be to identify client needs and challenges related to planning and broader supply chain.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will gather relevant information while ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic supply chain-wide transformation that drives growth, reduces costs, and sparks innovation. Collaborative document creation with the client is also a key responsibility, resulting in documents outlining the new way of working on both process and organizational levels. Furthermore, you will provide guidance during implementation to ensure a smooth and structured process. Your collaboration with clients will focus on implementing transformations and guaranteeing client satisfaction.
About The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced professional with a master's degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is advantageous. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, including 2 years in consulting or project management, is required. Relevant skills include planning activities, teamwork, and delivering strategic insights. Additionally, willingness to travel globally and adapt to a hybrid working model is essential.
