Technical Architectural Professional
We are seeking an experienced technical architectural professional to join our team in Waterford. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects.
* Assist architects in the development of detailed technical drawings
* Prepare and produce high-quality construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
* Use CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) to develop 3D models, drawings, and documents
* Ensure that designs are coordinated and clash-free
* Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to coordinate technical aspects of projects and ensure that designs are fully integrated
Key Requirements:
* A relevant architectural degree
* 5+ years of experience in Ireland
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
