Technical Leadership in Medical Device Electronics
About the Role: We seek a seasoned technical leader to spearhead sustaining engineering efforts for implantable medical devices. This individual will leverage expertise in electrical engineering to oversee complex design changes, resolve systemic issues, and ensure long-term product reliability and compliance.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
2. 10+ years of experience in electrical design or sustaining engineering with at least three years in a leadership role
3. Demonstrated expertise in low-power/high-voltage circuit design, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering
4. Solid laboratory experience with debugging tools, fixture development/debugging,
, test equipment usage
5. Aptitude for solving complex problems using root cause analysis techniques
among others and applying statistical methodologies to drive data-based decisions
