TTM Healthcare Solutions are recruiting for a HR Services Manager Grade VIII for a role based in Cork.
Role: HR Services Manager Grade VIII.
Job type: Full Time 2-year initial contract.
Salary: €82,258 - €99,213 depending on previous relative public sector experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic & Operational HR: Contribute to the development and implementation of MUH’s HR strategic plan, ensuring alignment with hospital priorities and best practice.
* Employee & Industrial Relations: Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters, supporting fair and consistent management of grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes. Build strong relationships with staff representatives and trade unions.
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate and develop the HR team to deliver a professional, customer-focused service aligned with MUH values.
* Talent & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment and workforce planning to ensure timely and compliant staffing solutions, promoting MUH as an employer of choice.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all legislative, regulatory and policy requirements, including data protection, vetting, and employment law compliance.
* Change Management & Projects: Lead HR improvement projects and support change initiatives across the hospital to enhance service delivery and staff experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
* Level 8 Degree or higher in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years’ HR experience, including experience at Business Partner or People Leadership level.
* Demonstrable experience managing complex Employee Relations and Industrial Relations cases.
* Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering HR services at a senior level.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law, HR governance and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience within the hospital, healthcare, or public sector.
* Experience managing pensions schemes or relevant authority functions.
* Track record in change management and HR project delivery.
