It is a commercially focused, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys variety, and seeks genuine exposure to property development, investment, and strategic decision-making.ABOUT THE ROLE:As Executive PA & Project Support, you will act as a true right-hand to the Director.Operating at the centre of activity across high-end residential developments and acquisitions.You will:Provide high-level executive support, managing a busy diaryAct as a key point of contact for external stakeholders including marketing, legal, finance, construction and engineering professionalsSupport multiple live development projects simultaneouslyWork with marketing partners to deliver digital campaigns aligned with project timelines and commercial objectives.Coordinate documentation for property purchases and salesAssist with board-level and investor communicationsDrive the setup and operational management of a new office in Kinsale Track timelines and ensure key actions are delivered on scheduleAnticipate needs, solve problems and bring structure to a fast-moving environmentNo two days will look the same and that's exactly the appeal.ABOUT THE PERSON:This role requires a highly capable, commercially aware business support professional who combines exceptional organisational ability with strong business judgement.You might be:An experienced Executive PA supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced businessA Project Coordinator or Project Administrator with exposure to property, construction, legal or financeA Business Support professional who enjoys autonomy and responsibilityYou will bring:5+ years experience in a senior PA, Executive Assistant or project support roleOutstanding organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetThe ability to think independently while working under directionStrong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior external stakeholdersCommercial awareness and the ability to prioritise based on business impactHigh levels of discretion and professionalismThis is a role for someone who wants more than diary management - it's for someone who wants to be involved.
