Key Responsibilities
* Deliver
engine familiarisation, technical, and records training
for new and existing team members.
* Track and maintain staff training levels and documentation.
* Organise additional training programs to support staff in achieving company approvals.
* Define
consistent processes, procedures, standards, and templates
across technical teams.
* Investigate and report on
quality escapes
, providing recommendations and corrective actions.
* Generate and monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs)
.
* Facilitate effective communication within and between teams, and with customers or external stakeholders.
* Support engineering and technical records functions in line with customer requirements.
Candidate Profile
* Solid knowledge of
aircraft engines, technical records, and engine redeliveries
.
* 4+ years experience in a technical records related role within aviation
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexible and available to work from company offices as required.
* Excellent
communication and presentation skills
, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to
travel
between office locations on occasion
* Strong
Microsoft Office
skills with a keen interest in adopting new IT tools and systems.
