Requirements
* Experience in a busy phone/target-based sales role OR proven experience in recruitment/business development
* Strong business development skills – the hunger to win new business and grow client relationships
* Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment (360): from BD to sourcing and talent acquisition to client management and placements
* A natural relationship builder and people person who can engage with stakeholders, nurture clients, and deliver results
