Revenue Management Professional

The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in driving hotel revenue by developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality sector and a strong understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.
* Manage and update OTA platforms (e.g., Expedia) ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.
* Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions.
* Ensure effective inventory management across all platforms and booking systems.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in revenue management or a related field.
* Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.
* Experience managing OTA platforms (e.g., Expedia).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills-able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple systems and tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics preferred.
* Flexible and proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve results.
