About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at a 5-star resort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
* Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols
Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
* Proven track record as a Housekeeping Manager in a similar luxury resort
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to manage budgets, track inventory, and ensure cost-effectiveness
* Fully qualified and certified in Health and Safety
