Job Description
The Front Office Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include providing a genuine, warm, and friendly welcome to guests, while also collaborating with the management team to maintain high staff morale.
Additionally, this role involves assisting in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indexes, quality evaluations, and hotel standards. This includes efficiently managing front office departmental operations and overseeing tasks delegated to others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within a hospitality setting.
* Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective task delegation and oversight.
