Key Responsibilities Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including entering invoices, allocating payments, and supporting supplier reconciliations.
Support the maintenance of bank accounts by updating transactions and helping with basic bank reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and support general finance compliance tasks.
Provide support with payroll administration Help with the preparation of monthly financial reports, including extracting data for profit & loss reports and simple variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules needed for audits and year-end reporting.
What you'll need to succeed Experience with Sage/Xero/Quick Books or similar accounting packages and strong IT skills Experience in construction, manufacturing or SME environments.
