Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-line operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food safety.
Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day operations of the business
* Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy
* Ensure all food safety policies are met
* Food preparation
* Follow and enforce manual training contents
* Stock control and management
* Create the best food experience possible for customers
* Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers. You should also be able to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
