Product Owner – Limerick (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to play a key role within our Product Management function. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, account managers, developers, and QA engineers to translate real business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
Own and manage the product backlog: create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritise work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build a feature roadmap that supports strategic business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for requirement‑related queries within the delivery team.
Lead product demonstrations and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and backlog refinement sessions.
Ensure all requirement documentation is clear, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce regular metrics and progress reports to support transparency and decision‑making.
Experience
Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging customers and internal teams.
Experience creating high‑quality functional specifications and business process flows.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems creatively and logically.
A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong organisational skills and ownership of outcomes.
Self‑motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous growth and improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience working in life sciences or other regulated industries.
Understanding of software architectural concepts such as data models, workflows, and context diagrams.
Previous experience in software development or quality assurance.
