Responsibilities include:
1. Preparation and organisation of legal documents
2. Formatting briefs, letters, and various legal documents
3. Corresponding with clients
4. Transcribing dictation
5. Diary management
6. Analysing, researching, and summarising legal information
7. Filing, invoicing & general administrative support
8. Other ad hoc activities as required
Candidate Profile:
9. Minimum of 2 years' legal secretarial experience in a busy office
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case Management systems is a distinct advantage
13. Must have billing experience using 3E or an equivalent billing system
14. Possesses a keen eye for detail and accuracy
15. Highly motivated, with the ability to manage a high workload, multitask, and prioritise tasks
