Job Objectives
We are looking for a Social Care Administrator to perform administrative duties in Nua’s Residential Homes on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is suitable for candidates interested in administration, with good attention to detail and organizational skills.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to start a career in the social & healthcare industry, with full training provided.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the Management Team and relevant departments.
* Assisting in planning and task allocation for the team in coordination with Management.
* Managing and booking health-related appointments for individuals.
* Updating Individual Risk Management Plans with input from the PIC / Deputy Managers and Key Workers.
* Updating and issuing Daily Planners, Key Working Sessions, and Health/Behavioural Checks as required.
* Ensuring completion of the Individual Finance Checklist by Key Workers / Support Staff.
* Maintaining organized and up-to-date files.
* Typing and sharing team meeting minutes via SharePoint.
* Completing incident, accident, and daily reports weekly.
* Overseeing fire drill completion by designated staff.
Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
* Full Clean Driver’s License.
Knowledge:
* Understanding of social care or health-related sectors.
Experience:
* Previous experience in social care or health disciplines is preferred.
Skills:
* Strong report writing and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and IT skills.
