Cpl Healthcare is working with their client in the recruitment of dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well established dementia community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dementia care, values holistic nursing, and thrives in a close-knit, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care to our 18 residents (3 houses with 6 residents in each).
* Maintain professional nursing standards in line with NMBI guidelines.
* Participate in care planning, documentation, and evaluation.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and autonomy at all times.
* Support infection prevention, clinical audits, and service improvements.
* Participate in training, mentoring, and performance development.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with active registration with NMBI.
* Demonstrated knowledge of dementia-specific care (previous experience desirable).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, empathetic, and resident-focused attitude.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
