Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our team. This role will involve driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver reliable, secure, and scalable device management solutions across a wide range of hardware and software ecosystems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end delivery of device management features, tools, and infrastructure.
* Partner with engineering, product, UX, and operations teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
* Serve as the central communication hub for program updates.
About You
To succeed in this role you should have a proven track record of managing cross-functional programs within a technical domain. A strong understanding of software development lifecycles is essential along with excellent communication skills.
PMP or CSM certification would be beneficial but not required.
A minimum qualification requirement is experience in program or project management within a technical field such as software development hardware infrastructure device management etc., Excellent problem-solving organizational leadership abilities analytical mindset technical expertise knowledge technological advancements possessing ability lead develop guide mentor engineer provide decision-making resources direction implement strategic processes maintain high-quality customer experiences evaluating implementing fixes necessary continuous system improvements.
