Our product range includes jointing compounds, sealers, cleaners, and a range of other premium landscaping products, all of which are manufactured in-house to ensure quality, consistency, and performance.We are seeking a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Support professional to play a key role in supporting sales activity, customer engagement, and merchant relationships across our business.This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, customer communication, and marketing execution, contributing directly to commercial growth by ensuring customers and stockists are supported with high-quality materials, timely information, and professional engagement. While experience in sales and marketing support is important, we are ultimately looking for someone with the right mindset — commercially aware, proactive, and eager to learn — who can grow with the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customer engagement across digital channels, including website live chat and social media platforms, ensuring professional and responsive communication that supports sales activityDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality sales and marketing collateral to support product promotion, merchant engagement, and brand consistencyAct as a key point of contact for existing stockists and merchants, helping to build and maintain strong relationships and ensuring access to up-to-date marketing and sales materialsContribute to the planning and creation of digital content that supports customer education, lead engagement, and sales messagingWork closely with the sales team to support the sales process, from initial customer interaction through to ongoing relationship supportAssist with sales and marketing reporting, providing accurate data and insights to support performance tracking and decision-makingRepresent Joint-It professionally across all customer, merchant, and partner communicationsIdentify opportunities to improve sales support processes, customer communications, and the effectiveness of sales collateralSkills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will bring a blend of commercial awareness, creativity, and strong communication skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to their work.Experience supporting sales or marketing activity in a business environment is beneficial, as is confidence working across digital channels and customer-facing communications.Strong graphic design capability is highly important for this role, and preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience producing professional, on-brand sales and marketing materials.Additional preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:An understanding of how marketing activity supports sales and commercial outcomesConfidence engaging with customers, merchants, or external partnersExperience contributing to digital content, social media activity, or online customer engagementExposure to international or multi-market digital marketing activityExposure to e-commerce platforms or online sales environments would be an advantage.Above all, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and mindset — someone who is organised, commercially curious, takes ownership of their work, and is keen to develop their skills within a growing business.
