Senior Bathroom Sales Manager
A challenging role has arisen in our award-winning showroom for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to lead the Bathroom department and team of sales consultants.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team to achieve exceptional sales performance, maintaining showroom standards, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales consultants to exceed sales targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored product advice to build strong relationships with customers.
* Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom to showcase our full product range.
* Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, order accuracy, and timely delivery.
* Oversee quotations, invoicing, and the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to post-sale follow-up.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to boost footfall, conversion, and customer loyalty.
