Occupational Health Nurse Role
Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse looking for a challenging role in occupational health? We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality clinical assessments, immunisation programmes, and health surveillance services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive pre-employment screening with occupational health needs assessment.
* Assess the fitness of employees returning to work following sickness absence and develop rehabilitation programmes.
* Carry out Occupational Health screening following short- and long-term absence referral.
Requirements:
1. A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration.
2. An excellent clinical decision-making skills with strong communication abilities.
3. Able to work independently with competence in IT systems and digital assessment tools.
