Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance, routine inspections, and performance checks according to guidelines.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, conducting root cause analysis.
Monitor system performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
Respond efficiently to emergency service calls and equipment failures.
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and inventory.
Provide excellent customer support, technical guidance, and training.
Ensure regulatory compliance across all activities.
Essential Criteria: Qualified Heating Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical).
Strong technical troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Desirable Criteria: Higher-level qualification in engineering or construction.
Experience in renewable energy service roles.
