Role and Responsibilities:Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/outManaging and handling phone reservations & answering customers queries.Provide an excellent service to all guests.Take ownership of guests' issues and take action to resolve them immediatelyTo carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company PolicyTo undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.To keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.Candidate Requirements:This is a full-time roleGood command of English in both verbal and written communicationA natural ability to sell & promote the Hotel and the local areaConfident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomedWorking on rotating shifts, including weekendsExperience in revenue management systems desirable***This is a part time position, one day per week & to cover holidays***Job Type: Part-timePay: From €14.00 per hourWork Location: In person
