Transformation Leader
We seek a seasoned Transformation Leader to spearhead and coordinate multiple Investment Management System upgrade initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and dependencies.
* Manage virtual project teams, assign responsibilities, set expectations, and motivate contributors to meet project goals.
* Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, lead cross-functional working groups, problem-solving, analytical, attention-to-detail skills, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale regulatory or enterprise-wide technology projects.
