Team Leader
The primary responsibility of a Team Leader is to spearhead Day Service teams in Dun Aoibhinn Services. This involves facilitating the choices and delivery of supports to individuals who utilize these services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively lead the team, fostering an environment that inspires and motivates ongoing teamwork development.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective delivery of supports incorporating activities such as independent living skills, community integration, personal development, occupational, and leisure activities within the context of the New Direction Model of Service Delivery.
