Junior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Junior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team, utilizing their skills in preparation and review of Sub-contractor tenders and payment valuations.
* Prepare Sub-contractor tenders for review by management team
* Review Sub-contractor payment valuations
* Assist with procurement of materials as required
* Maintain accurate health & safety record keeping
The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry or be willing to undergo training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, particularly Excel.
