Construction Project Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 base DOE + Full Benefits Package
Overview
Our client, one of Ireland's leading main contractors, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead upcoming major residential projects. This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds across the country. You will be working on high-profile projects and long-term pipeline in the Dublin/Greater Dublin region.
You will take full responsibility for managing construction projects ranging in value from €55m to €210m. These are typically large-scale developments, requiring exceptional leadership, technical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
* Lead project teams including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
* Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
* Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management
* Produce regular reports on progress, risks, and performance metrics
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact project delivery
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in a project management role within a main contractor environment
* Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (€50m+)
* Experience on residential (housing or high density) is highly desirable
* Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-pressure projects on time and within budget
* Relevant Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent
