Our client is a leading financial services firm with headquarters based in Dublin City Centre. They are looking to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is well suited to a recently qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA) with 3+ PQE years' in commercial finance role or a related financial discipline, who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic and commercially focused environment.Main Responsibilities:Produce monthly management reports covering the full P&L, delivering meaningful financial analysis and commentaryMonitor operating costs, investigating and explaining variances against budget and forecastAct as a finance business partner to department heads, providing insights on actual spend, outlook, and financial performanceWork closely with the accounting team throughout month-end to ensure an accurate and timely closeAssist in generating forward-looking analysis as part of the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processesCoordinate the budgeting process in collaboration with departmental stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardise finance processesDevelop automated financial models and reporting solutions using Power BI and other toolsSupport additional ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requiredRequirements:Qualified Accountant +3 PQE in a similar commercial finance roleExperience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or data visualisation toolsExperience within the financial services sector an advantagePassion and knowledge for driving process improvements, automation, and standardisationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholdersFor more information please contact Simon Morris in Morgan McKinley via or LinkedIn DM
